The folks behind our bar pride themselves on the quality of
their work and the products we carry.
The Classic Martini. Mixed dry and served as cold as we can
make it. We freeze a few olives for the purists, by request.
(also: maytag bleu cheese stuffed olives, tomolives, pickled garlic)
Beefeater Gin, Russian Smirnoff, and a splash of Lillet Blanc.
Shaken not Stirred.
Corney & Barrow Gin, French Cassis (black currant liqueur),
and Noilly Prat dry vermouth. Garnished with a frozen North Idaho
huckleberry (a cosmopolitan for the adult palate)
Skyy Vodka, tomato juice, and our secret spices.
The original Manhattan. Jim Beam Rye Whiskey, sweet vermouth,
and a dash of bitters.
Makers Mark Bourbon, sweet vermouth, and a dash of fee brothers
orange bitters
Fresh pressed Juice drinks
House squeezed citrus juice sour mix shaken with Jim Beam.
Sauza gold & our house squeezed lime sour juice.
Served on the rocks.
Skyy Vodka & our house squeezed orange juice.
Skyy vodka & house squeezed grapefruit .
Classic - Argyle sparkling wine, brandy, bitters and a sugar cube.
Orange -with Fee Brothers Orange Bitters.
Peach -with Fee Brothers Peach Bitters.
Kir Royale - Argyle sparkling wine, French Cassis.
(this is a classic French restaurant aperitif).
